In addition to this menu, we will always have an appetiser to whet your appetite before the main event. The guys in the kitchen have a healthy competition going as to whom can create the most interesting & tasty bite.
Garry seems to be leading the pack right now!
If you are regular, you will know we will always have interesting additions to the menu 'every day' from the 3 sources of Venetian deliciousness.
Every lunch & dinner, we feature something lovely from the
'The Lagoon', 'The Land' and 'The Farm'.
So with the appetiser covered from any one of these three, we still have two more surprises every night to ensure that our menu stays as exciting and fresh as you have all come to love!
Greg particularly focuses on well-fed beef, sourced locally by the best meat purveyors around. They are in close competition with the most passionate fishmongers committed to bringing you the freshest, most sustainable seafood
Australia has to offer.
Don't fret though, we have still held on to some more favourites and we will be bringing everything else back too, just as soon as
Victoria gets back to normal once again.
