Beef short rib, slow-cooked in a ‘Venetian master stock’ with mandarin, star anise & Nardini ‘Tagliatella’ (cherry liqueur from Venice) with creamed buttermilk mash potato

‘Sunday Roast with all the Trimmings’ – Whole roasted ‘Porchetta’ – rolled pork belly with sage, garlic and its crackling, braised Florence fennel,
